By applying for a commission,
you are agreeing to the following terms:

☆☆☆GENERAL☆☆☆☆ The client is 18 or above or has a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed below.☆ Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and NFTs. Doing so is in violation of these terms.☆ Clients agree to provide all required references and information before and during the process of the work.☆ I do not entertain custom design requests that directly use other people’s original characters or franchise characters as the main point of reference. All ideas must be written down and/or presented via image boards.☆ All personal information will be kept private and confidential.☆ Clients may not copy or trace my work in any way☆ Clients may edit their commissioned works in minor ways, such as use in Profile Pictures, Social Media Banners, or Youtube Thumbnails and similar cases.☆ My commissions are for Personal Use only unless otherwise discussed. Up to the extent that these terms outline, you will not profit off my work unless coming to a written agreement with me beforehand.☆ The commission will only be official once the payment has been made.☆ Requests such as "please mimic/trace something" or similar can be denied due to copyright issues.☆ I retain the original copyright and ownership of all commissioned work, which includes but may not be limited to advertising and displaying the work on my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. For commissions that are public, I may post these works to my other social media platforms with proper credit to the client for ownership of the character’s design.☆ Once I start lining & rendering, major revisions will not be accepted.✓ What I will Draw:

If payment is still not made after 2 weeks, any commission requests will automatically be canceled without notice. If you are simply late and still wish to commission me after the 2 week timeframe, you will simply be placed back onto the waitlist in the middle.☆ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.☆ Refunds may be requested at any time by the commissioner before the sent out sketch. If the commission process has already started, a partial refund may be available depending on to what extent the project is completed.☆All payments will be done through Stripe or Cashapp unless you are commissioning me through Vgen or Artistree✩｡:•.─────꒰ঌ·🌺·໒꒱─────.•:｡✩☆☆☆COMMUNICATION & PROCESS☆☆☆☆ Please provide me with all the necessary information that I need in order to communicate with you properly. I.e. Pronouns, preferred name, & your main means of communication (Twitter, Instagram, Bluesky or Vgen).☆The best time to communicate with me is around:Monday - Friday > 1300PST/1600EST
Saturday > 1000PST/1300EST
Sunday > No communication/my free day☆Unfortunately I still work a full-time job, and there will be days where I will be unable to communicate. If so, you will be contacted the very next day asap.☆ Drawing wait times will usually be between 1 - 2 months. This can go up or down depending on what you are commissioning, demand, and communication.☆ Commision will be presented in the following base phases:
Sketch:
Refund is 95%
All revisions in the WIP phase are free of charge.
Sketch is sent in Black and White.
Minor revisions include but are not exclusive to: color change, accessory removal/addition, etc.
Major revisions include but are not exclusive to: pose change, hairstyle change, outfit change, redrawing a major section, etc.
Linework/Flat Colors
Refund is 75%
Major revisions are not accepted unless paid.
Up to 3 minor revisions are accepted free of charge. After the 3 free minor revisions are used up, there will be a small fee after.
Render
Refund is 30%
No revisions are accepted at this point once the rendering process has started.✩｡:•.─────꒰ঌ·🌺·໒꒱─────.•:｡✩☆☆☆FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS☆☆☆☆ What counts as a Commercial commision?
─ .✦ If you plan on making money and selling the art that you receive, I count it as a commercial comm. example: If you want to make Merch and need art for a charm or a T-shirt a commercial price for the art wanted will be placed.☆ Why don’t you draw real people?
─ .✦ Often times how one sees themselves often doesn’t match what another person/stranger sees. I’d rather not disappoint and cause problems if someone thinks I drew them ugly or if they get insecure if I made them too fat or too skinny.
